Stokes Tropicals does not promise that you will be victorious in growing our plants. We have no control over the plant or its care after it leaves our nursery. Also, when you receive your plants, there is a high possibility that your plant(s) will arrive with brown, yellow or damaged (bent or broken) leaves. Our website and catalog consist of as much knowledge on the plant as we possibly can put into words. If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or e-mail. Our guarantee is restricted solely to the delivery of a vigorous and living plant to you. If you are not satisfied with your plant and its value when you receive it, please contact us immediately, within 10 days upon receipt of plant(s), for information on a refund or replacement by e-mail (info@stokestropicals.com), fax (337-365-6991), or toll free at (800-624-9706). When discussing unsatisfactory plants, we will require you either send a picture via e-mail or ship the plant back to us. In case of a returned plant, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose not to contact us within 10 days then we are sorry but we cannot replace your plant or refund your money. We could not stay in business with any other refund or return policy.
