Dioon spinulosum Gum Palm- The Giant Dioon Palm (technically a cycad) is a large, attractive and easily grown plant. Gum Palm has shiny, stiff, light to bright green leaves that grow in an upright nest shape. It is the largest of the American cycads and is known to grow up to 50 feet high in nature-in the rocky, limestone evergreen forests of tropical Mexico. May be grown in partial shade, filtered sun or full sun. A very fast growing cycad.
