Ships bare rooted. 1-2 feet in height.

Phyllostachys nigra Henon Bamboo- A graceful giant, growing to over 20 feet tall, with canes nearly 4 inches in diameter. The leaves are about 3 inches long and about one-half inch wide. The most distinguishing characteristic is the thin film of white powder-like coating on the stems; young shoots have a tawny hue, tinted in wine color with coating of brown hairs. Henon is a proven performer that makes a great statement if it is provided the room.
