Plumeria rubra 'Jeannie Moragne'- A 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 inch vibrant red flower which fades to a reddish-pink. Large golden-yellow bands and pinkish orange lines radiate toward the outer edge of the petal. The narrow petals have pointed tips and slightly overlap. Heavy texture. Flowers have a strong, sweet fragrance. Keeping quality good.
