Pennisetum setaceum Purple Fountain Grass- Popular, drought-tolerant perennial grass forms neat clumps of purplish-maroon blades. Topped by rose-red flower spikes summer through fall. Beautiful as landscape specimen or planted in groups. Full sun. Moderate grower from 2 to 4 feet tall and 2 to 3 feet wide. Semi-evergreen.
