Thalia geniculata Red Stem- Tall, upright lance shaped leaves top the tall stems which can be a brilliant red at the base. Interesting pink flowers appear mid to late summer. Also, commonly known as Alligator Flag. Mature size of 6 to 8 feet. Wonderful water garden addition. Prefers full sun, but will take light shade. Will lose some color with lower light intensity.
